An offender, who has undergone the full term of imprisonment to which he was sentenced in default of payment of fine, is still liable to have the fine recovered as per law. The Superintendent shall accept the whole fine, if tendered, even though a part of the alternative imprisonment has been undergone. Prisoners to be informed.
