When a period has been excluded from a sentence under the preceding rule, the mode to be adopted in calculating the date of release is to take the full term of the sentence as commencing from the date of re-admission and deduct from it the number of days already passed in prison, the date so arrived at will be the date on which the sentence expires. Date from which a sentence finally passed shall count.
