(1) The Authority shall meet at such time and place and subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such rules of procedure for conduct of meeting and transaction of business, as may be prescribed. (2) The Chairperson or if for any reason, he is unable to attend the meeting, by any reason whatsoever, the Deputy Chairperson shall preside over the meeting. (3) All questions at a meeting shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting, and in case of equality of votes, the Chairperson or the member presiding, as the case may be, shall have a second or casting vote. (4) The Chief Executive Officer shall maintain records of the meetings of the Authority in such manner, as may be prescribed. Meetings of Authority.
