Owner etc. to report to Chief Inspector in certain cases- Where the owner, agent or manager of a mine, as the case may be, has taken proceeding under this Act against any person employed in or about a mine in respect of an offence under this Act, he shall within twenty-one days from the date of the judgement or order of the court report the result thereof to the Chief Inspector.
