(1) The Pradhikaran may appoint such officers and staff, in such manner and with such qualifications, as may be prescribed. (2) The salary, allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service of officers and other staff of the Pradhikaran shall be such, as may be prescribed. (3) The Chief Executive Officer may appoint, in such manner, for such temporary period and on such terms and conditions, such other staff, as it may consider necessary for the efficient performance of the functions of Pradhikaran, as may be specified by regulations.
