Omitted Board's powers to Sanction contracts. CHAPTER III HOUSING SCHEMES Duty of Board to un-20. Subject to the provisions of this Act and subject to the undertake housing control of the State Government, the Board may incur schemes. Expenditure and undertake works in any area for the framing and execution of such housing schemes as it may consider necessary from time to time or as may be entrusted to it by the State Government. Matter to be
