Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 12, without prejudice to any other action taken against him under this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees, or with both. Penalties for violation of section 12.
