(1) No report in any newspaper, magazine or news sheet of any in- „Purr icabittIn*nnol quiry or investigation regarding a child involved in any proceeding under this na r-m ' es` etc., of Act shall disclose the name, address or school or any other particulars cal- children involved culated to lead to the identification of the child, nor shall any picture of any in proceeding such child be published : under the Act. .Provided that for reasons to be recorded in writing, the authority holding the inquiry may permit such disclosure, if in its opinion such disclosure is in the interest of the child. (2) Any person contravening the provisions of sub -section (I) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
