Notwithstanding anything contained in these Statutes or the Ordinances, no person, who has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude or has been dismissed for misconduct from a Government or Semi- Government institution or from a University or an educational institution of any kind, shall be eligible to become, or to continue as a member of any authority of this University or of any committee appointed by the University. A person under suspension shall not be allowed to sit in any meeting of the above authorities or committee during the period of his suspension. Termination of membership etc.
