Formwork, false work and shoring:-The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that— (a) formwork and false work are so designed, constructed and maintained that such formwork and false work support the load that may be imposed on them; (b) such form work is so erected that working platform, means of access, bracing, means of handling and stabilising could easily be fixed with such formwork.
