General provision:-The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that— (a) the trained building worker under the direct supervision of a person responsible for structural frame and framework, are employed for erection of such structural frame or formwork, dismantling of building and structure and performance of an engineering work, framework, false work and shoring work; (b) adequate measures are taken to guard against hazards arising from any temporary state of weakness or unsuitability of a structure.
