(1) The Board shall, by notification in the Official Gazetie, fix the cost of disposal of waste water according to its volume (which may be suoh percentage of the volume of total water supplied to the consumer as may be prescribed), and also the minimum cost to be oharged in respeot of suoh disposal. (2) The Board may, in lieu of charging the cost of disposal of waste water according to the basis stated in sub-section (1), accept from any conawner a fixed sum for a specified period on the basis of expeoted disposal of waste water during that period.
