(1) The Board shall; by notifioatiOn in the Official Gazelle, fix the eost of Water to be supplied aooording to volume, and also the minimum oost to be oharged in respeot of each oonneotion. (2) The Board may, in lieu of charging the cost of water aooording to volums, accept from any oonsumer a fixed sum for a specified period on the basis of expected consumption of water during that poriod.
