- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Saurashtra Prohibition of Leases of Agricultural Lands Act, 1953

- S. 15Every appeal or application for revision under this Act shall bear a court fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed

- S. 21(1) The Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act
