Election of three representatives of public libraries to the Council - The three representatives to be elected by the public libraries as members ofthe Council under clause (vii) of sub section (2) of section 3 of the Act shall be elected at the meeting of such public libraries convened for the purpose, from among its members by a simple majority votes of the members present and voting at such meeting.
