Nothing in the Indian Succession Act, 1925, or in the Administrator XXXIX General's Act, 1913, shall apply to intestate property which is dealt with by the ~:/:;s Commissioner, under sub-section (1) of section 85, nor shall the provisions of 1913. section 10 of Regulation VIII of!821 '[or of any corresponding law in force] likewise be deemed to apply to intestate property which is dealt with by a Magistrate under sub-section (1) of section 85.
