( I) Every affiliated centre or college or recognized ccntrd or colltge ind rnognised iosti1ution co comply wich 1>rovision$ p'rtaining to medium or instruction. institution shall comply with the provisions made in that behalf by this Act, the Statutes and the regulations, in respect of the medium of instruction in organic agriculture and allied sciences, research in organic agriculture and programmes of extension education and examination therein. (2) If any affiliated centre or college or recognized institution contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1)1 then, notwithstanding anything contained in the other provisions of this Act,· (a) the rights conferred on such centre or college or institution by the affiliation or recognition shall stand withdrawn from the date of PART IV] GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZ£'ITE, EX. 3-04-2017 such contravention; and (b) such centre, college or institution shall cease to be an affiliated centre, college or recognised institution for the purposes of this Act. (3) lf any affiliated centre, college or recognized institution, the affiliation of which is withdrawn under sub-section (2) raises any dispute as to the withdrawal of its rights of affiliation or recognition, then such dispute shall be referred to the State Government and the State Government shall decide the dispute and its decision shall be tinal. 16-47
