Nothing in this Act shall affect any of the provisions of any law which may be in force in any part of the State relating to relief of agricultual indebtedness and no Court shall entertaiq or proceed under this Act with any suit or proceeding relating to any loan in respect of which debt adjustment proceedings can be taken under the said Act, or as the case may be, the said law.
