(1) The Chancellor shall, as soon as may be after the first Vice- Roord of Chancellor is appointed, take action to constitute the Board of Management. Management. (2) The Board ofManagemeni shall consist of following, namely:- Class 1- Ex-Officio Members (i) the Vice-Chancellor, Chairman; (ii) the Secretary to Government, in-charge of Animal Husbandry or his representative not below the rank of the Deputy Secretary LO Government: (iii) the Secretary to Government, Finance Department or his representative not below the rank of the Deputy Secretary to Government; JV-Ex-10-5 10-18 Po"crs and (unctions of BoorJ .
