(1) The Academic Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) the Director of the University, who shall be the Chairman of the Academic Council; (ii) two academician or professional, to be nominated by the Board; (iii) two external academician or professional in the fields of education imparting by the University, to be nominated by the Director; (iv) two deans, by rotation to be nominated by the Director; and (v) one Professor from each discipline of the University, by rotation to be nominated by the Director.
