No suit or other legal proceedings shall be entertained against the University or no damages or compensation shall be claimed from the University, the President, the Director, the authorities or other officers of the University or any other person in respect of anything which is done in good faith or purporting to be done in pursuance of this Act or regulations made thereunder.
