In the principal Act, in section 5,- (1) in sub-section (1),- (a) for the words “as may be prescribed”, the words “as may be provided by the regulations” shall be substituted ; (b) for the word “prescribed”, the word “provided” shall be substituted ; (2) in sub-section (2), after the word and figures “section 10”, the words, figures and letter “or section 10A” shall be inserted.
