In the principal Act, in section 38, in sub-section (2), before clause (a), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- “(aa) the amount of cost of a project exceeding which a proposal shall be submitted to the Board under sub-section (1) of section 5 and different amounts of costs for different nature of projects;”.
