No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Authority, the City Council or, as the case may be, the District Council or any member, officer or servant of the Authority, the City Council or, as the case may be, the District Council for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rules or regulations or bye-laws made thereunder.
