(1) The State Government shall have power to issue directions to the University, from time to time, as may be required for compliance of the provisions of this Act and the regulations. Power of State Government to issue directions. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), the State Government may issue directions, when it requires, in regard to the following matters, namely:- 1[(i) fees and charges; (ii) creation of posts and appointments and revision of any pay-scales of those employees for whom the salary is paid out of the Government grants.]
