In section 123 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2),- An~cndhetlt. of section 123 of Born, XI of 1947. (I] in clause (g), after the ikords, brackets and figure "sub-section (I)" the i r words, brackets and figure "the forrn.of certificate of registration under sub- section (3)" shall be inserted; (ii) in clause (!la), for the figures and word "111 and IV" the figures and word "111. IV and V" shall bc substituted.
