In Chapter XI1 of hhe principal Act, after section 88, the following new Inmr'ion of new section ~oction shall be inserted, ilarnely :- 8RA in Rom. X I of 1947. "8611, A Lnbom Court ahall hare tho pomer to direct by whom tho whole Power to or any part of the costs of any proceeding before it shall be paid : s a a d coata. Providcd that, no such costs shall be directed to be paid for the serviccs of any legnI adviser engtlged by any party. (2) The provisions of section 03 shall apply to an order made under this section in the same manner as they apply to an order of the Industrial Court."
