Authentication of orders and documents of the Board and the Planning and Development Authority.— All permissions, orders, decisions, notices and other documents of the Board and any Planning and Development Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Secretary to the Board or Planning and Development Authority, as the case may be, or such other officer as may be authorised by the Board, or Planning and Development Authority in this behalf.
