Sub-section(4) substituted vide Amendment Act 17 of 2022. Original sub-section read as follows:- “(4) If any officer or person having custody of a plan, scheme makes or causes to be made any change in such plan, scheme or in any part, such change not being authorised by or under the provisions of this Act, he shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to six months and shall also be liable to a fine.”
