Effect of ignorance of existence of children.— If the testator had children or other descendants and he did not know that he had children or other descendants, or he thought that they were dead, or where the children are born to the testator after his death, or where the children are born to the testator before his death, but after the will was made, the will shall be valid only to the extent of the disposable portion of the testator, in accordance with section
