Other Authorities, Officers and Employees.— (1) The Foundation may appoint any other authorities, officers or employees as prescribed. (2) Every officer or employee of the Foundation shall be appointed after executing a contract between the Foundation and the officer/employee, and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the officer or the employee concerned. (3) Any dispute arising out of a contract between the Foundation and any of its officers or employees shall, at the request of the officer or the employee concerned or at the instance of the Foundation, be referred to a Tribunal for arbitration consisting of three members appointed by the Governing Council in such manner as prescribed.
