Taking over sewerage systems and sanitation facilities developed by other.— The PWD, may subject to prior approval of the Government and the Technical Committee, take- over, the sewerage and sanitation facilities developed by municipal councils, corporations, panchayats, autonomous bodies, industrial estates, Government undertakings, private developers or charitable institutions etc., constructive and overall development of sewerage system and sanitation services in the State and it’s management. -4-
