Dissolution of University. — (1) Where the University proposes its dissolution, it shall give at least six months written notice to the Government. ---20--- (2) On receipt of notice referred to in subsection (1) the Government shall make such arrangements for administration of the University from the date of dissolution of the University and until the last batch of students in regular courses of studies of the University complete their courses or studies in such manner as may be specified in the Statutes.
