Power of Government to call for information and records. — (1) It shall be the duty of the Regulatory Authority or University or any authority/officer of the University to furnish such information or records relating to the administration or finance and other affairs of the University as the Government may call for. (2) The Government, if it is of the view that there is violation of the provisions of this Act or the Statutes or Ordinances made thereunder, may issue such directions to the Regulatory Authority or the University as it may deem necessary.
