Appointment of officers.— The Corporation may appoint such officers, advisers, experts, consultants and other employees, as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit, subject to such general or special directions as the Government may give from time to time in this behalf.
