Financial, technical and advisory committees.— The Corporation may constitute such financial, technical and advisory committees to advise the Corporation as may be deemed necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act. The Corporation may engage suitable consultants or persons having special knowledge or skill to assist the Corporation in the performance of its functions.
