Power of Board to associate other persons.— (7) The Board may associate with itself, in such manner, on such terms and for such period as it may deem fit, any person whose assistance or advice it may desire in carrying out any of the provisions of this Act. (2) A person associated under sub-section (1) for any purpose shall have the right to take part in the discussion relating to such purpose in the meetings of the Board, but shall not have the right to vote, and shall not be deemed to be a Director for that or any other purpose.
