Submission of returns, statements, etc. to the Government.— (1) The Government may require the Managing Director to furnish to it — (a) any return, statement, estimate, statistics or other information regarding any matter under the control of the Corporation; or (b) a report on any such matter; or (c) a copy of any document in his charge, and the Managing Director shall comply with any such requisitions without any undue delay. (2) The Managing Director shall prepare and submit a quarterly report to the Board.
