Short title, commencement and duration.— (1) This Act may be called the Goa Marine Fishing Regulation (Relaxation of Time Limit for Registration of Vessels) Act, 2002. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 21-11-2001. (3) It shall remain in force for a period of ninety days from the date of its coming into force.
