Finality of orders of Government, Collector’s decision and award.— Any order passed by the Government in revision under section 44 and subject to such order, the decision of the Collector on an appeal under section 43 and subject to the order of the Government in revision and the decision of the Collector on appeal, as the case may be, the award made under section 41, shall be final.
