Bar of jurisdiction of courts.— No Court shall entertain any suit, application or other proceeding in respect of anything done, action taken, or order or direction issued by the Government or the Board or the Sub-Committee or any officer in pursuance of any power conferred by or in relation to their functions under this Act.
