Power to inspect.— (1) The Competent Authority shall at least once in every calendar year inspect every existing hoarding and display irrespective of whether permission has been granted for the same. (2) The Competent Authority shall upon noticing any hoarding erected, constructed or placed in contravention of section 11 or any display on a hoarding which is in contravention of section 12, in the course of inspection, initiate action in terms of section 14. (3) The report of the inspection as well as the action taken there upon shall be placed before the Goa Hoarding Regulatory Committee once every year. ---13---
