Duplicate certificate.— If a registration certificate or permission issued under this Act is lost, damaged or destroyed, the Competent Authority shall, on an application made in that behalf by a person or an Agency holding such certificate and on payment of such fees, as may be prescribed, issue a duplicate certificate.
