Penalty for obstruction.— Any person who willfully obstructs any Corporation authority, or any Corporation officer or servant, or any person authorized by any Corporation authority in the exercise of powers conferred by this Act or any rules or bye-laws made thereunder shall be punished with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
