Power of State Government to require returns, etc.— The State Government may require the Commissioner to furnish it with— (a) any return, statement, estimates, statistics or other information regarding any matter under the control of any municipal authority; (b) a report on any such matter; or (c) a copy of any document in his charge or under his control.
