Appeals and revisions.— Save as otherwise expressly provided, every final order passed by the District Court, North Goa at Panaji, or a Magistrate in exercise of original jurisdiction under the provisions of this Act shall be subject to appeal, and every final order passed by such Judge or Magistrate in exercise of appellate jurisdiction shall be subject to revision at the instance of either party, by the Court to which appeals or, as the case may be, revision from the Court which gave such decision, ordinarily lie.
