Limitation of Time.— Where no time is prescribed by this Act for the presentation of an application or appeal, such application or appeal shall be presented, subject to the provisions of section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963, within thirty days after the date of the order on respect of or against which the application or appeal is made: Provided that if the application is an application for revision to the High Court, the period of limitation shall be ninety days.
