Roofs and external walls not to be made of inflammable materials.— The Commissioner may by general or special order, direct that no roofs and external walls of huts or other buildings shall, within the specified limits be made of grass, mats, leaves, or other inflammable material, or repaired or renewed with the same, unless his permission in writing has been obtained. (2) The Commissioner may by a written notice require any person who has built the roof and external wall of any hut or other buildings in contravention of a direction issued under sub-section (1), to remove or alter the roof or wall so built.
