Duty of the Corporation to recover all other taxes.— The Corporation Commissioner, and every authority under this Act, shall be duty bound to assess, and recover from such persons, such tax, fees or compensation which is levied by any other law enacted by the State Legislature, for the time being in force or that may be levied hereafter, and upon such recovery and collection, the amount shall be credited to the State Government by the Corporation without any delay. --67-- Supplemental Provisions
