Definitions.–– In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— a) 4[―...] [‗Additional President‘ means the Additional President of the Tribunal.] (b) Official Gazette means the Government Gazette; (c) prescribed, except where it occurs in the expression prescribed by regulation means prescribed by rules made under this Act; 5[―(cc) ―President‖ means the President of the Tribunal.‖] (d) State Government means 6[―the Government of Goa.‖] (e) Tribunal means the Administrative Tribunal constituted by this Act.
